Manage products and bookings

Products define what attendees can purchase and how that purchase funds bookings.

The Products landing page is the catalogue entry point. Select Add product to create an offer, select an offer name to review its pricing and access rules, or use Edit to change it. Detail and edit URLs include the persisted product ID, so a copied link continues to identify the same offer. Product tools such as season-pass setup are available on their own focused pages from the catalogue.

  • Use drop-in for one paid booking.
  • Use class pass with a class allowance and optional validity period.
  • Set an optional purchase limit per attendee for offers such as a once-only intro pass. Completed prior purchases continue to count even after the resulting access expires.
  • Use subscription for recurring access. Add monthly, yearly, or custom week/month/year price options; existing entitlements retain the purchased terms when product pricing changes.
  • Use season pass for one recurring series within a named season. It is shown in the shared product catalogue, but its per-class configuration and occurrence reservations are managed in the Season passes panel.

Season passes are unavailable when an attendee is already covered by an active unlimited membership, is excluded from an included class, or an included class is full. A cancelled season-pass booking releases only that reservation; it never refunds the complete season-pass purchase.

  • Optionally configure an age discount with a minimum age, an exclusive maximum age, and a percentage. Attendees who have saved their date of birth and fit the window receive the discount on every product purchase.
  • Use workshop or teacher training for specialized offerings.

Always enter prices in the interface’s displayed currency and verify the payment environment before publishing. The current administration footer identifies test/mock mode.

The bookings view is operational. Refunds are available from account and payment settings and are reflected as outgoing entries in bookkeeping.
